Mmmm...I made a really tasty dinner last night thanks to Trader Joe's. For $1, I bought a bag of fresh herb pizza dough. Just roll it out to about 10 inches across, top with a jar of TJ's bruschetta sauce and fresh mozzarella.Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy! The chunky brined tomatoes from the bruschetta are delicious instead of traditional pizza sauce. Yum!

i forgot how much i loved making pizzas with TJ's dough! thanks for reminding me. i'll have to pick some up next time i'm at the store. i used to cut thin slices of potatoes, drizzle rosemary olive oil and sprinkle on freshly grated parmesan. so yummy.
Man, I wish we had a Trader Joe's here. Every time I read a Californian's or New Yorker's blog about cooking, it involves Trader Joe's. How's about a little love for flyover country, TJ?
Looks delish!
That looks so tasty. great idea for a fairly easy and quick meal.
We have a TJ in Minneapolis now so they must be expanding - it's awesome.
I tried this last night (living two blocks from a Trader Joe's is a blessing and a curse). You are totally right about the bruschetta sauce!! So much better. Thanks for the awesome suggestion!
