I ran across this amazing article on the Gourmet Magazine archive last night. It makes me want to apply for a job at a fancy hotel right this second. Read all three pages immediately and have a handkerchief ready.(ps: If you're looking for a decor-inspiring magazine to replace Domino, I highly recommend Gourmet. Their styling is incredible lately.)
