To Do: Spin Class

Spin class is wild. I've been going for two weeks and discovered last night that I lost 10 pounds. Big surprise, since my weight never changes more than a pound or two. I haven't been this lean since college. And I've been eating plenty of pizza and valentine's candy.

Despite occasionally feeling that I might puke and shooting stink eyes at the instructor when we're doing uphill sprints, I like it!

I've been three times. About 2 or 3 times a week when you include bike rides outside the gym.

First of all...HOW THE HECK did your slender body lose 10lbs! Do I need to worry? :) Secondly, what gym are you taking classes at? I want to do spin!!! (not really, but i DO want to lose 10 lbs! hee!)

I know! Isn't it bizarre? I don't really see the weight loss, must just be a pinch here and there. And don't worry, I'm trying to eat a lot to keep it up.

I'm taking the classes at the climbing gym (Touchstone). The Monday and Wednesday start at 5:45. We have guest passes if you want to try it out!

I LOVE spinning - such a great workout. I too have lost a bunch of weight since I started doing a bunch of yoga combined with my regular gym routine (spinning, elliptical, weights etc) around the middle of January. Sort of snuck up on me but I'm not complaining ;-)
