Rob and I are hitting the road for a long weekend. Off to Bishop, a tiny high-desert town on the east side of the sierras, for a friend's wedding. It's going to be snowy and romantic. Road trips always remind me of our honeymoon. Back Monday!

There is a bakery there, called Schat's. Excellent. Also, about 30 miles up in the mountains, there is a much smaller town called, Aspendell. My Grandfather founded and built that town.
