Blouse - A floaty white blouse.
Skirt - A bright orange tweed mini. They have a similar skirt at J.Crew too.
Booties - From Frye.
Earrings - Purple crystal drops from The Met.
Scarf - Inspiration from this purple and black McQueen scarf.
Bag - A small purple crossover bag.

I am slowly coming around to the idea of black booties and black opaque tights, but I don't know if my non-supermodel legs can really pull it off. GREAT outfit, though!
I have terribly non-supermodel legs but I've been wearing outfits like this this fall, and I think they work so well.
Also, I have that jacket from LOFT and it's great -- a good answer to the military coat trend that isn't too shapeless. Dresses up or down very nicely, too.
Thanks for this post Mrs. Em! I really couldn't wrap my head around what to wear with booties, maybe becaise I was so stressed about having worn out all my spring/fall shoes at once (apart from the pair that got lost when I moved). Unfortunately, by now it has started snowing where I live, so I guess the booties will have to wait until March...
