To Do: Easy Pickles

The old Gourmet Magazine recipe for pickled carrots is an easy win in the summer. I don't bother blanching the carrots first and split this batch between carrots and green beans. The recipe is even better if you have fresh dill instead of dill seed.

Toss everything in a pretty jar, refrigerate for 24-hours and enjoy!
