Honey Butter
1 stick of salted butter, softened
1 tablespoon of good quality honey
Zest from 1 orange and 1 lime
Herb Butter
1 stick of salted butter, softened
1 clove of garlic, microplaned
4 leaves of fresh basil, minced
4 stems of broad leaf parsley, minced
dash of pepper
For both, just mix and set in a small dish overnight for the next day's party. Best when left to soften for an hour or so before serving with crispy, warm pain epi rolls from Acme (thank you Susan!).
