Yum, we've had this for dinner two nights in a row now. A giant garden salad with broccoli, carrots, avocado, radish and sunflower seeds tossed in balsamic dressing. Topped with crunchy garlic bread on the side made with
Acme pain epi and asiago cheese.
On the side, a light mojito made with fresh satsuma oranges and mint.
