Party Recipe: Valentine's Dinner

Last night's dinner party was easy and fun - exactly what I wanted!

Menu

• Green salad with a truffle mustard vinaigrette
• Coq au vin (sort of along this recipe, made the night before)
• Roasted garlic mashed red potatoes (recipe)
• Margaret's famous almost-flourless chocolate cake with fresh whipped cream
• Frosted sugar cookies
• Wine, champagne and port

Plus, an impromptu competition to turn the red hearts into paper airplanes.
