Last night's dinner party was easy and fun - exactly what I wanted!

- Green salad with a truffle mustard vinaigrette
- Coq au vin (sort of along this recipe, made the night before)
- Roasted garlic mashed red potatoes (recipe)
- Margaret's famous almost-flourless chocolate cake with fresh whipped cream
- Frosted sugar cookies
- Wine, champagne and port
